2004 was a good year for Gar Fishing for me. Lots of good memories and a very sad one like the passing of my wonderful and great companion Big Jett, he was my beautiful black Labrador for 15 years, I’m trying to think only of the good times we had. His grave is right beside the path to the dock that we both took so many times and I talk to him each time I pass now, Its amazing how close a bond between a man and his dog can become..

Thought I would show some pictures of 2004 past. Caught my first gar in April. Trolling a fly rod and it was a big one. And the last gar of the season in November, also trolling a fly rod. Here are some highlight pictures in between.
